Shipping policy

All order are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, UPS or FedEx within 48 hours of order placement received. We are closed on Mondays and do not ship on Friday’s,  weekends or holidays. Orders placed after 12p PST will be considerd received the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.   Once your orders leave us, they are at the mercy of our postal carrier. We make every effort to protect your orders from damage during shipping. Any damage that is incurred during shipping must be reported immediately upon receipt to customer service at info@bearlyfestyle.com Shipping refunds will not be given for shipping delays caused by inclement weather, package refusal, and/or incomplete or incorrect delivery address. Please make sure that your shipping address is correct at the time of order payment.


CANCELLATIONS
In the event that you need to cancel your order, please send an email immediately to customer service at info@bearlyfestyle.com to make your cancellation request. Note: If your order has already been processed and shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order unfortunately. Due to the nature of the products we sell, we do not issue refunds on opened and/or used goods. However, if you receive an item that is faulty, please inform us immediately of the issue by emailing info@bearlyfestyle.com If it is determined that the error was on our part in processing, we will issue a return goods authorization. After emailing customer service, you will need to follow the steps within email correspondence. Please return unused/unopened products in their original package. When shipping your return, please include delivery confirmation. Upon inspection after receipt, refunds will be applied to the account used for initial purchase, minus shipping of original purchase, within 24-48hrs after returned items are received.


 
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless your return is the result of an error on our part. We strongly suggest purchasing tracking and insurance for your return parcel, as we are not responsible for lost return packages. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing.
