CAN ANYONE DO A CLEANSE?
Generally speaking, you must be 18 or older to participate in our cleanses and must consult your physician.
IS IT OKAY TO EXERCISE?
Exercising is highly recommended, you must keep your body moving for at least 30 minutes daily, however this is the best time to listen to your body and do what works for you.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I CLEANSE?
We recommend repeating this 4 times a year, however you can continue until you reach your specific health goals. Please listen to your body and consult your doctor.
HOW DO I PREPARE FOR A CLEANSE?
Taking the time to transition properly into a cleanse or detox is important; that way you will minimize potential detox symptoms like headaches, dizzy spells etc. It is a great idea to begin the process of eliminating processed foods as soon as possible when transitioning to a healthier lifestyle. Start by consuming more whole raw fruits, vegetables and lots of water to get your body in preparation mode.
Start by eliminating all processed foods 1-2 weeks prior to a cleanse. (meat, dairy, nicotine etc)
24 to 48 hours before cleanse, eat lots of raw fruits and vegetables to prepare the body for what's ahead.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE CLEANSE IS OVER?
After the cleanse is completed, you want to ease your stomach back to solid foods. It is recommended to stick to smoothies, juices and clear vegetable broths for up to 3 days after the cleanse is over or until you start reintroducing solid foods again.
